Calendar

Clubhouse rentals are available to current year members at a rate of $150 per day. An initial refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the date and have it added to the public calendar you see here. For non-members, the rate is $300 per day + $200 refundable deposit to secure the date. Please check the calendar for date availability then email BOD@swanlakeestates.org to request the rental and make arrangements to book it. All requests must be made in writing. A board member will then contact you to meet, show the space if necessary, and provide you with the required rental agreement contract for signature.
